We provide a wide range of career management advice supported by a wide range of industry professionals and our staff.
We are responsible for securing access to independent and impartial careers guidance for all pupils in years 9-11.
In the context of this duty, careers guidance consists of services and programmes intended to assist pupils to make and implement education, training and occupation choices and to learn how to manage our students futures.
We have staff who are trained to support students with this interactive programme and in the case of additional support requirements, we will spend more time with out students so that they can receive individualised support.
All students will have opportunities to develop their presentation and speaking skills to support their journey into apprenticeship and/or higher education in the form of oracy and speaking & listening exercises whilst having regular meetings with their mentors – industry professionals who can guide them into the future that they want.
